Month of Event Coordination

Service Description

Our services begin 6 weeks prior to the event date. Our job is to make sure you are enjoying the entire day to the fullest, allowing you to spend time with friends and family (enjoy and be present every moment of your day girl!)! We will be running things behind the scenes making sure you have a seamless wedding and a day to remember! What is included? • Two wedding planning meetings 1 at booking and 2nd at 1 month prior to wedding • One coordinator on site for 8 hours the day of your wedding • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline & floor plan if needed • Communication with all wedding vendors the month prior to the wedding to confirm details • Distribution for bride and groom all last payments and or tips the day of the wedding. • Coordination and attendance of the wedding rehearsal • On-site Wedding Day Management
