Full Planning & Design is created specifically for the couple that is looking for each and every detail of their wedding ceremony & reception professionally coordinated down to every last detail. This seamlessly designed package will ensure you a stress-free experience, with up to 8 in-person meetings and unlimited phone/ email access with your consultant from day of booking. This option will make you feel more than comfortable throughout the entire planning process. Our team will create a complete design, layout, and tone for your event that matches your unique style! What is included? • 1 coordinator and 1 assistant on the wedding day (more if needed but extra) up to 14 hours • Up to 8 wedding planning meetings: first one at booking then remaining throughout planning process with one being 1 month before wedding and week before wedding. • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline & floor plan • Communication with all wedding vendors throughout the wedding planning. • We will work out pay schedules for couple and send reminders. • We will confirm details and distributing final payments and tips for you the day of the wedding. • Coordination and attendance of the wedding rehearsal • Assistance with setup of personal décor items example: welcome sign, guest book or item, personalized signs you have had made and favors. (Decorating services are an add on and not included with this option) • On-site Wedding Day Management • Access to some of our rental items for discount prices. (Examples: vases, risers, chargers, candles and artificial floral towers. • Unlimited texting availability during planning process.
